PLANT DESCRIPTION
A medium sized deciduous tree grows up to 25 meters in height, leaves bipinnate, 2-4 pairs of pinnates, leaflets 5-9 pairs in each pinnate, with glands between bases, elliptic-oblong-ovate, flowers pinkish white, fragrant, in umbellate heads, fruits long pods, thin and yellowish green, seeds 4-8 oblong and compressed.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated pitta, kapha, poison, edema, urinary retention, inflammation, cough, skin diseases, diarrhea and oligospermia.
Useful part : Bark, Flowers, Seeds.
