Distribution – Cultivated in dry areas of India.

PLANT DESCRIPTION
An erect annual herb, grows up to 90 cm in height. Leaves compound, lower one long petioled and upper sessile. Leaflets multi lobed. Flower small, white, in terminal umbels. Fruits yellowish brown, globular, containing two seeds.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated pitta, inflammation, burning sensation, cough, bronchitis, anorexia, colic, flatulence, diarrhea, dysentery, conjunctivitis, headache, bleeding through nose, edema, worm infestation, hemorrhoids and arthritis.
Useful part : Leaves, Fruits
