PLANT DESCRIPTION
An erect annual or biennial herb, grows up to 30 cm in height. Leaves are solitary, small, opposite, acute and lanceolate; flowers small, white and solitary found in axillary cymes. Seeds ellipsoid.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated pitta, inflammation, fever, pain, burning sensation, filariasis, ulcer and hydrocele.
