PLANT DESCRIPTION
A large shrub or small tree grows up to 5 meters in height. Leaves simple, opposite, ovate, acute-acuminate, membranous; flowers white in axillary or terminal corymbose cymes; fruits long are pair of long follicles seeds long, brown, with silky hairs, aided in dispersion.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, pitta, diarrhea, dysentery, hemorrhage, hemorrhoids, amoebiasis, hepatitis and skin diseases.
Useful part : Bark, Seed, Leaves.
