PLANT DESCRIPTION
A perennial aromatic herb with very fragrant rhizomes.2 or 3 leaves arise from the rhizome and spreads on the ground, fragrant, round-ovate, with short petioles; flowers white with purplish spots in axillary fascicles; fruits 3-celled capsules.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, kapha, skin diseases, wounds, fever and nasal obstruction.
