PLANT DESCRIPTION
A perennial twinner grows spreading over small shrubs, hedges etc. leaves simple, variable in shape, acute, base cordate; flowers white tubular, found in axillary cymes. Fruits globose capsule contain 4 seeds.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, pitta, constipation, ascites, myalgia, arthritis, inflammation, fever, pruritus, skin diseases, hemorrhoids, jaundice and tumors.
Useful part : Root.
