PLANT DESCRIPTION
A small woody shrub grows up to 1 meter in height. Leaves simple, opposite, ovate-lanceolate, acute-acuminate, pubescence, petiolate and stipulate. Flowers axillary or terminal cymes, white, fragrant and small. Fruits ovoid drupes.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, kapha, constipation, urinary retention, and edema, and skin diseases.
