Distribution – Growing naturally, as a weed plant in dry areas along roadsides and wastelands, throughout India.

PLANT DESCRIPTION
A creeping perennial or annual herb grows parallel to ground. Leaves simple, pinnate, opposite, leaflets rounded and sessile. Flowers solitary, yellow and axillary. Fruits spinous woody schizocarp, 5 angled, containing one or more seeds in each coccus.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, pitta, urinary retention, vesical and renal calculi, urinary tract infections, sexual weakness, impotency, cough, asthma, anemia, general weakness and constipation.
Useful part : Whole plant or Seeds.
