PLANT DESCRIPTION
A small spreading herb with quadrangular stem. Leaves simple, opposite, sessile, oblong-elliptic and rough; flowers small, whitish, in stipular cup, fruits capsules.
MEDICINAL PROPERTIES
Plant pacifies vitiated vata, pitta, arthritis, colic, dyspepsia and general debility. Its decoction is used for rapid evolution of uterus after parturition.
